Even if I replace with new plunger seals, for this type of pump only it keeps leaking in the back through rinsing line plugged into orifice of the piston head holder. That does not happen with LC-10ADp and LC-20AD. Our LC-10AD are very used, does that explain this issue?

I would then change the pistons.

Thanks for the advice. Replaced the piston head and kept the same check valves and guess what? no more leaking after >1 hour of water running through column at constant pressure of 145 bars. We only replace pistons when they break.

Now you know better, when a pump keeps leaking even after a seals change it is either the  new seals were defective (very rarely occurs) or the piston has used and needs to be changed. Looking at the piston under a microscope would show you micro cavities that are enough to allow leakage under a few thousand pounds of pressure,
