Dear Manager,
What would be inflow speed (fpm) for #1186? If inflow is too high, can we just the damper to lower the flow? Thanks.

Inflow should be 85-95. Hoods need to meet an operating range for inflow and downflow. Adjusting just the speed controller may cause other parameters to be out of specification. Therefore it would probably be best to allow a trained certifier make adjustments upon certification.
