The pump is on abut is not pumping liquid/sample, does anyone have any ideas on how to remedy this? What could be the cause? Thanks, Mohamed

Check your pump tubing to make sure it's not flattened. Also check the tension on the pump cassette to be sure it's not too tight or too loose.
