hello,

this problem come from electrical cable for heater.

It is necessary to open the Electrical sheath in order to find out where the cable is cut off.

Bye!

Hello,

I have seen a few items that can cause this issue.

Open or excessive resitance in furnace heater circuit. Trace heater winding to connector. Ohm test furnace wiring.

Power supply internal fault.

Board issue.

Thermal couple furnace fault -- very rare but have seen it as well.

If you need assistance with evalutaing contact me here: brivas@rtinstruments.com

I can assist you with evaluations and or any parts that you may need.

Thank you,
