We have noisy absorbance reading while UV range and visible range is OK! We changed the deuterium lamp, but the error is remained. Thanks for your answer. Reza Mehri.

The noise in your spectrum is very typical of a reference spectrum that is nearly 0 at UV wavelengths--essentially you are dividing by noise at short end of the spectrum, which is why you get those wild gyrations. anti snoring mouthpieces
