Dionex ASE 350 collection tray not turning

Hello,
Been having a problem today with the collection tray not turning properly. It sounds like it's catching somewhere or getting stuck, but we can't figure out where it's griding against.
We have taken out the tray and cleaned it and the tray bed, but no improvement.
Can anyone help?

Your vial tray has probably warped due to solvent. You will need to replace the bottle tray and 60 mL vial tray insert on your instrument. The part numbers are 077921 and 066176. Please call 1-800-346-6390 to order the new tray.
