About liquid valve..

Greetings,
I'm the user of a CP-3800 and we are facing a problem. In the method, before analysis, the temperature has to be down until -60(Col oven value), -180(Real SPT).
To do that we are using liquid nitrogen. Until -60 and -180 it is down but the problem is it doesn't stop!! Liquid keeps flooding and this equipment stops.
How can we solve this problem?
