Vitamin E (liquid form) and vitamin K (liquid form) solvent for plant tissue culture?

I have prapared vitamin E and K both in LIQUID form from Sigma Aldrich. But I couldn't find appropriate solvents for those liquid forms to make stock for plant tissue culture. Please help me. I really need your kind help.
