I need help to fix the CLR3 IEC centrifuge. It starts running for one or two minutes and stops with a "PFAl" error.  I reset according the operation manual and start it up again, but it stops again at less time. Where can I get technical information to fix it? Thanks in advance for your help!!!

Kindly retrieve the serial number of the unit prior to contact so that the team can verify the exact model and age of the unit.
