Leco CN 2000 is leaking

I have a CN 2000 that will not pressurize. I have repeatedly taken out the combustion system and carefully put it back together, changed O-rings etc. I have cleaned out the Ballast twice and checked all tubing to the Ballast. Anyone have any other ideas?
