I have an HP 6890 GC coupled to HP5973N MSD. The sensitivity of the MS has steadily reduced. I now have difficulty in tuning the MS. inspite doing several auto and manual tunes, cleaning the injector liner and eliminatating leaks.

I now get the following error messages:

Gain and offset = 0 peak widths are too narrow. OR cannot achieve constant peakwidth.

Could any member of the community offer tips to resolve this?
