unable to respond after power cut

The sequence was running during the power cut. After restoring the power, the program could not respond, it is just showing that it is running. We tried to abort the sequence but we could not suceed. Error during the ready check read like: cation (36):error p0004 ' CD 1' unknown symbol.

Which software version are you using? Chromeleon 6.80 or Chromeleon 7.1?

Please clarify for me IQ and OQ for software. What does it stand for?

IQ stands for Installation Qualification and OQ for Operational Qualification. This check will show if there is any debug in software. Check that.
