My ME/SE Sartorius balance doesnt show 0.00000g when ON

My ME/SE Sartorius balance doesn't show zeros ( 0.00000g) when ON, but it keeps showing 'isoCAL' flashing on the rare side of the screen. What's the problem and how can it be solved permanently. Thank you.

Any information to solve the problem will be appreciated. The normal reading that ought to show after ON was not showing. (0.00000g)

Hello, a blank screen can be from instability. The Isocal can be turned off in the menu. Stability problems can stem from a variety of mechanical issues. The internal calibration weight could be stuck, there could be an issue with the weight cell of the scale.
