What is the measuring range of this equipment if we want to measure the acidity of transformer oil?

Dear Tafweez,
The measuring range of any titrator depends on the amount of sample that you can use and uniformly work with. With good titrant, high quality solvent and a properly maintained electrode you should be able to measure quite low acid numbers. Your local Metrohm agency (HA Shah and Sons http://www.hashah.com) should be able to provide you all the help that you need.
