Attempting to run calibration curve; believe time is off, as weird curves. Liquid "pulsating" in tubes, so believe clogs...as a new user, what is the best detection method for clogs? Or could it be my pump?

It could be worn pump tubing.  It needs to be changed out every day or two.  Also, when not in use the tubing should be left loose, not clamped down or it will deform.

At the other end, make sure the post spectrometer sample waste tubing has a back flow pressure loop - not a straight line to waste.

Run an EDTA solution to help clean out residue in tubing.  Other than that, we would go through each fitting, one at a time with a cleaning wire.  Time consuming, but usually works.
