The pressure unit unable to adjust to the required value (0.039-0.069). The knob after turning did not respond on the screen. (The highest value got was 0.009mmHg) Please what I do to resolve this new machine(F series).

This will require a service call.  It sounds like you have a leak somewhere.  It should be an extremely rare occasion when you have to adjust the pressure or vacuum, and only after talking to service first.
