The Series 8100 gives you sensitive, accurate, reproducible results. A straightforward GC, the instrument’s broad, flexible platform allows for custom, application-specific system configurations for research, industrial, laboratory, education, and QA/QC environments. Each Series 8100 GC is tailored for optimum performance of your application.


    *Microprocessor controlled   
    *Display/Control: Resistive touch, color LCD w/ keypad   
    *Detectors: Thermal Conductivity (TCD) or Flame Ionization (FID)   
    *Independently temperature controlled detectors   
    *Detectors can be operated independently, in series, or in parallel modes depending on configuration   
    *Easy access, front opening oven   
    *Programming rate: 0.1 °C to 40 °C/min in 1 °C increments   
    *Fast oven cooling: 300 °C to 50 °C in 5 minutes   
    *Operating temp: ambient + 5°C to 450 °C   
    *Oven Overheat protection   
    *Columns: capillary, metal, or glass   
    *Ramps: 8 w/ initial time, programming rate and final time   
    *Method storage: 3 (internal), infinite (external)   
    *# of External Event Relays: 4   
    *# of Heated Zones: 4 (standard); up to 8 possible   
    *Injection methods: direct on-column (packed/capillary, spllit/splitless capillary) or gas sample valve   
    *Communication Outputs Options:    
    *Analog - VDC [0-1 V, 0-1 mV, 0-10 V]
