What is the use of the filter for photometric readings when the monochromator supposedly selects the desired wavelength already?
We're using Varioskan to read differents serum markers with ELISA method. We have a doubt about the post-treatment data. Can we define well's properties after reading absorbance? Thanks.
The problem that usual the plank of our plate > 0.03. the first time when we use. Ref: Thermo Scientific Varioskan Flash version 2.4.3
