GC 2010 is not connected

We recently had a low voltage error for our GC 2014 system. So we replaced the CPU battery and booted the system back up. The low voltage error has now gone away but now we are getting a TRS time out message on our GC's panel screen and an error...

Column Oven won't reach final temperature

I am running a gradient up to 300C.  I have oven Max set at 320C.  When I run the gradient, it performs normally until about 275C, and then the temperature starts dropping.   Any suggestions?

Battery Voltage Error

Hi, When I try to switch on my GC-2014 it is showing "Battery Voltage Error". Can anyone suggest me how to fix this problem? Regards, Arun
