Lachat Instruments/QuikChem 8500 Series 2 - Error
I am running 2 channels on a Quickchem 8500 Series 2. Every time I use channel2 I get "Omnion2kSvr has encountered a problem and must close". It doesn't matter what template I use. Channel 1 runs just fine. I have checked connections on the channel and going to the core. Any ideas? Advise this member.

Integra Biosciences/Voyager - Volume issues
I have changed the rechargeable battery on my 125µl Viaflo Voyager and now it thinks it is a 12.5µl pipette. When I go into the owner information it still tells me it is a 125µl pipette but programming it won't let me above 12.5µl. Please help! Advise this member.
