xMark DNA OD
This should be something that is really simple to do, but I am having issues with getting a simple OD 260 reading of DNA. I have control bovine DNA at 1 ug/ul and when I try to use the xMARK to give me a reading of this, its no better than the blank. I am getting readings of ~3.7. Any help?
