MTI Corporation VGB-1 pressure control
After filling the box with Nitrogen, how to control the pressure? In detail my question is if we fill the box with Nitrogen gas, the gloves would pop out and at that point if I want to work, I have to push in the gloves hardly and this increases the pressure. So how do I work with maintaining a constant pressure.

Agilent Technologies 1100 Series linearity problems
I'm injecting 5 10 25 50 and 100ul into my system, 5 10 25 and 100ul are all linear with good rsd, good retention times and good baseline. But at 50ul my linear response is very poor over 1% ive changed my rotor seal, needle needle seat metering seal and plunger and 100ul capillary loop . its still poor at 50ul. please help.

Agilent 1100 Series Refractive Index Detector RID Calibration
Solvent is flowing into the detector but only spitting out of the waste line port. When we go to calibrate the procedure says to start the calibration when you are between 507,000 and 517,000nRIU. We immediately are seeing a reading of 24,000,000 as soon as we start trying to pull the solvent through the detector. Could our capillaries be clogged?
