Preparing for an Effective Lab Safety Inspection

The typical research facility contains a multitude of hazards. Most facilities will have a mix of research laboratories, instrument rooms, chemical storage areas, waste handling areas, and busy receiving/loading docks. The focus of this column will be on conducting safety audits in research laboratories, but the steps and the process can be applied to all the different areas of the facility. Hot condenser alarm
The hot condenser alarm is going off. How dangerous is it to leave the freezer running like this. We have moved it and will try vacuuming the ventilation grates.

Display disappeared or vanish
I have said PCR machine whose display disappeared or LCD screen is become totally Dark /Black. When I pressed the Driver IC some time display become normal but after little time it vanish.

I want to measure AL level in serum by graphie furnace. My calibration curve for AL standard is very good, but when i inject diluted serum into graphite, it seems that repeatablity of method is poor. For example for first injection, reported value is 55 ppb and for another injection is 88 and for another injection is 28, in the other hand, i have some major flactuation in reading value. Please help me. What can i do solve this problem.

Hydrogen identification problem
I have a problem with the identification and quantification of Hydrogen, i think the software can´t recognize well because the "peak" of Hydrogen it´s more like a long and low step, and the integration time its never in the same place, i have no problem with carbon or nitrogen, i hope you could help me.
