High-Performance Liquid Chromatography - New Platforms Save Time and Money

Many scientists separate solutions with high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). “With this technology and others, users need data faster,” says Michael Frank, PhD, analytical HPLC marketing manager at Agilent (Santa Clara, CA). Other factors must also be considered. Ade Kujore, marketing specialist at Cecil Instruments (Cambridge, UK), says, “Users require HPLC systems that are fast, sensitive, stable, and easy to operate, with wide dynamic ranges.” She adds, “The ability to efficiently perform robust method development and to produce consistently reliable, inter-laboratory data are also requirements of HPLC systems.”

Reddish powder on v-ring
I keep wiping off some reddish powder on the v-ring in my instrument. Upon droppoing the sample chamber, there was even a considerable amount of the same colored powder. Anyone else experience this? Help this member

Mettler PM4000

002 error out of the range
When we give the water blank to the machine it will give us the water filled blank, it wont allow us to see the lamp obserbance, when we check the obserbance of the lamp it gives this kind of 002 error out of range. Provide an answer

Quantum exchange even new cartridge installed
I replaced a new cartridges for millipore direct q-5 the progard and softener but machine still has a message "quamtum exchange" is there any other way to remove this message? Provide an answer
