Waters has received notification from YMC Co. Ltd., that they will not renew the existing worldwide Distribution Agreement in place with Waters. As a consequence, as of December 31, 2011, Waters will no longer be able to supply any YMC branded products to your company.
We regret the inconvenience that this development creates. We are assured that YMC will be able to supply and support YMC products on a global basis.
From now until the end of 2011, Waters will continue to supply and support all orders for YMC products placed with Waters on or before December 31, 2011. If you have concerns with the supply of any YMC products after the end of 2011, please contact YMC directly.
