Features of VistaVision Epifluorescence Microscope

The epifluorescence microscope features a trinocular head; 4x, 10x, and 40xR planachromatic objectives; 25x, 40xR, and 100xR (oil) fluorescence achromatic objectives; a blue/green dual band filter set; and a red-orange filter set. The filter sets provide superior performance in conjunction with a wide variety of most common fluorophores. The 40xR and 100xR objectives feature a retractable lens.       

Use the achromatic and planachromatic objectives for brightfield or fluorescence instruments, as indicated. The digital still/video cameras feature image analysis software that offers powerful functions for image or movie capturing, adjusting, operating, and measuring. Camera 82030-634 offers a resolution of 640x480 (VGA) and 1280x1024 (SXGA). Camera 97010-076 offers a maximum resolution of 1600x1200 (SXGA). Camera 97048-976 offers a maximum resolution of 2592x1944 (SXGA). Camera 97048-978 offers a maximum resolution of 3488x2616 (SXGA). Use color filters 82026-452 and 82026-492 to enhance color and contrast of specimens.
