Cell-IQ® SLF (Single-Label Fluorescence)incorporates all the advantages of Cell-IQ PC but in addition has fluorescence imaging capability for the detection and quantification of green fluorescence. The platform has the onboard Analyser software for image analysis for phase contrast and bright field imaging but has an additional fluorescence quantification module enabling fluorescence quantitation.
