Vision can output qualitative and/or quantitative results in many ways, making interfacing to process control systems easy and flexible. In addition, Vision data acquisition and instrument diagnostics can be controlled externally. Vision comes with a full set of diagnostic tools to conduct instrument performance tests that meet cGMP criteria.
The Vision software protects your sensitive data and methods through an extensive security system. Vision allows login as one of four types of users: System Manager, Developer, Operator or Routine Analysis Operator. These types of users differ by the level of access to software functions.
As an option, Vision provides interface with CAMO's OLUP (Online Unscrambler Predictor) and OLUC (Unscrambler Online Classifier). All NIR analyzers from FOSS NIRSystems can use Unscrambler models and perform online prediction.

Features of Vision® Software
Validation and Regulatory Compliance
As a fully validated software, Vision has been developed, tested, and audited to meet the stringent standards of the Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association's "Life Cycle Method". While validation of a specific application is the responsibility of the user, Vision is written in a validated manner to make the task of validation less complex.
Following the Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP), FOSS created Vision to cover both the software and hardware compliance elements of 21 CFR Part 11. Vision documentation includes a certificate of compliance to be presented to regulatory authorities. Vision compliance features can be turned on or off allowing for convenient software operation in both 21 CFR Part 11 compliant and non-compliant environments.
