Dissolved Carbon Dioxide Sensor

METTLER TOLEDO's InPro5000i dissolved carbon dioxide sensor is fully sterilizable in place (SIP) or in an autoclave. Optimum yield in bacteria fermentation is strongly related to the proper control of CO2 partial pressure. In cell culture applications, mammalian cells depend on a set of specific environmental conditions within a narrow definition in order to survive and to ensure optimal growth. INGOLD's extensive experience in offering high quality measuring solutions for biotechnology and pharmaceutical applications has been implemented in the new system.

On-site service with modular design  The interior body, a high performance pH electrode, can easily be replaced at the customer site. No need of decontamination and send to a METTLER TOLEDO facility for service.    High selectivity for CO2  No cross interference of volatile organic acids. A new sophisticated membrane allows only CO2 to pass through which guarantee accurate results.    MaxCertTM, a pratical validation standard  METTLER TOLEDO provides 3.1B, EHEDG and the production end control certificate free of charge to satisfy hygienic requirements and to guarantee traceability.
