Featuring ultra-efficient 4 Μm particles, TSKgel SuperSW mAb columns are optimized for IgG analysis. TSKgel SuperSW mAb HTP – ‘HTP’ standing for high throughput – is packed in UHPLC column hardware with 4.6 mm inner diameter and was developed to enable an easy transfer of HPLC methods based on TSKgel SWXL to fast UHPLC analysis. By using this column with a UHPLC system analysis throughput can be doubled without compromising resolution (see figure below).             
             
TSKgel SuperSW mAb HR – ‘HR’ indicating high resolution – delivers superior resolution over the whole molecular weight range, from fragments to aggregates, when analysing monoclonals. It has the same column dimensions – 7.8 mm ID by 30 cm length – as the established TSKgel G3000SWXL.             
             
To fully benefit from the high efficiency of 4 Μm columns it is important to minimize the amount of dead volume in the HPLC system or to use a UHPLC system.
