Superdex 200 Increase is the next generation of size exclusion chromatography (gel filtration) media offering versatility and higher resolution within a shorter time frame compared to Superdex 200. The Superdex 200 Increase 10/300 GL column is well suited for small-scale (25 – 500 µl) preparative purification such as the polishing step in a purification procedure, where mg amounts of highly size-homogenous target proteins can be achieved. It is also well suited for characterization of proteins, such as aggregate analysis of antibodies, size homogeneity analysis of membrane proteins, or protein-protein interactions, where high-quality data can be achieved.
