Features of Versa GP

The Thermo Scientific Versa GP is a general purpose, versatile checkweigher, suitable for small-to-large packages and reject functions at line speeds up to 350 packages per minute. Accurate, reliable, easy to use and easy to clean, this compact checkweigher has a cantilevered belt, minimizes underfill and overfill in packaged goods.   

  • Cantilevered belt design helps maintain an exceptional sanitary environment   
  • Compact design and adjustable belt height allow for flexible line placement   
  • No-maintenance, high-torque brushless DC motors   
  • Design allows a Thermo Scientific APEX metal detector to be seamlessly integrated to provide a complete weight control and contaminant inspection station   

Controller is based on Windows XP* operating system and features:   

  • Easy-to-read color interface with a touch-screen operation   
  • Configurable security-access levels   
  • One hundred standard product memories, expandable and searachable by product or name   
  • Large, high visibility weight display suppplemented by a bright “good/bad” or “go/nogo” indicator
