The unique “stepped cabinet” design allows easy access to remove tooling in the fastest conventional way or to facilitate the removal of the exchangeable turret with just a single tool. Complete separation between production and mechanical zones is achieved.   
   
The famous strength and dependability of Manesty presses is maintained with the main casting and 100kN 1st and 2nd pressure assemblies being totally independent from the outer guard structure of the press. This results in a vibration free design.   
   
Validation of rejected tablets, air cushion for improved press mobility and a low space footprint add to the Xpress range unique benefits.   
   
The Xpress 500 incorporates our proven “zero clearance” feeder with its unique 3 paddle configuration for excellent weight consistency and high product yields.   
   
Control and set up of all process parameters is provided by mpower - an intuitive Windows based interface with an 18” touch screen display, enabling compliance to 21 CFR Part 11. Security and full batch documentation comes as standard.
