The MRC-5 is ideal for Research & Development. The compact design takes up a minimum of floor space and has capability of making ribbons of approximately 40 mm in width.
The MRC-5 uses a normal compression force of 4 tons and can go up to a maximum of 6 tons. Excellent scalability because the roller diameter is 100 mm and the width is 40 mm.
Minimum batch size is approximately 100 grams. The unit has variable speed drives for both feeder and rollers.
The additional Oscillating Mill is optional and matches the capacity of the roller compactor for granulating the ribbons.
The Roller Compactor and Mill come with safety features to protect operator. They are easy to disassemble and clean unit.
Larger models, including the MRC-40 are also available.
