Features of CytoGrow COMPACT Incubators
Main Features:
- Compact and Stackable
- Active Background Control with InCu-saFe
- SafeCell UV Protection (Optional)
- Direct Heat and Air Jacket System
- Integrated Microprocessor Control
Preventive Contamination Control
The unique InCu-saFe® copper-enriched stainless steel chamber with coved corners provides continuous background contamination control, inhibiting bacteria and other contaminant growth on the surface.
Ergonomic Design
The Panasonic CytoGROW Compact series incubators provide optimal configurability with its low-profile and ability to be triple-stacked. With user-friendly access built in to the door-mounted control panel and a field reversible door that can be set up for right or left-swing door openings, use your laboratory space more efficiently than ever.
Improved Temperature Stability with D.H.A. System
P.I.D. controlled 3-way heaters plus Panasonic’s proprietary D.H.A. (Direct Heat and Air jacket) provides a high-precision temperature environment, and minimizes the risk of condensation at all times.
Water Level Sensor
The humidity pan has an optical water level sensor to warn of low water level.
Automatic Gas Cylinder Switchover System
This system automatically switches from the primary to secondary gas cylinder when the O2 gas level does not change while an injection valve is open.
Contamination Control
InCu-saFe® copper-enriched stainless steel chamber construction helps inhibit the growth of mycoplasma, bacteria, molds, yeasts and fungi without costly HEPA air scrubbers, which can accumulate contaminants in the chamber. Disruptive, high temperature decontamination schemes that can actually encourage growth of heat resistant thermophilic and hyperthermophilic microorganisms in vitro are also avoided.
High Performance In Vitro Modeling
Stable temperature, humidity and CO2 density are achieved through a combination of performance systems supervised by a centralized microprocessor controller complete with alarm, programming, calibration and diagnostic protocols exportable to a remote database.
