Features of AutoFlow NU-4850
Humidification System
The RH control system uses a solid state capacitance humidity sensor to monitor, control, and display humidity by injecting heated water vapor to your setpoint from a reservoir outside the chamber giving the operator control over the amount of humidity from below ambient to 95%.
Closed Loop HEPA Filtration
Limits the need for moving parts minimizing vibration. An air pump injects filtered air into the work chamber. The air recirculates through sensor checkpoints before it is re-injected into the work chamber passing through a 99.99% HEPA filter. This system slows air movement to one chamber air change every 30 minutes. The decelerated air movement ensures ISO class 5 air conditions to minimize cell desiccation by airflow.
NICE Electronics
NuAire Incubator Control Electronics (NICE) is a state-of-the-art microcomputer based control system specifically designed to service the precise control requirements of the chambers environment, providing optimum programmable conditions for culture growth.
Constant Contamination Control
A unique HEPA filtration system filters fresh air into the pump, CO2 gas from tanks or house systems, IR CO2 sensor sample air returning to the change, air between air pump and inner chamber, while continuously filtering the internal chamber to create ISO Class 5 air quality.
Cleanroom within a Cleanroom
Interior chamber is constantly maintained at positive pressure similar to an ISO Class 5 Cleanroom.
Sensitivity and Accuracy of Gas Control
Infrared (IR) CO2 sensor provides stable outputs requiring less calibrations.
Precision of Electronic Microprocessor Controls
A programmable microcontroller samples input sensors, sets control outputs, and makes necessary corrections to the chamber environments resulting in quick and responsive recovery times.
Reliability and Protection of Automated and Redundant Back-up Systems
Dual temperature sensor probes, solid-state analyzers, HEPA filtration systems, and status alarms create a dependable, long lasting scientific instrument.
Critical Cleaning Components
Coved corners prevent contaminants from becoming trapped in the chamber. Removable shelves, brackets, and gasket make cleaning simple by cleaning around them or placing them in the autoclave.
Homogeneous Temperature
All 6 sides of the chambers walls feature heating elements surrounded by R5 insulation to provide optimum temperature uniformity in the work chamber.
