            Unprecedented Sensitivity            RapiFluor-MS is a reagent comprised of an NHS carbamate rapid tagging group, an efficient quinoline fluorophore, and a highly basic tertiary amine for enhancing MS ionization. As an NHS carbamate, unlike alternative rapid tagging reagents, it hydrolyzes over time to generate carbon dioxide and a corresponding amine.             Characterization Made Simpler            RapiFluor-MS provides increased fluorescence quantification along with unprecedented mass spectral signal intensity. Low abundance glycans can thus by easily assigned and characterized by serial fluorescence and mass spectrometric detection. Less sample can be used while still obtaining increased sensitivity.                        When labeled glycans were analyzed by HILIC chromatography, RapiFluor-MS produced the following results compared to the following:
