Sometimes you just want a simple, reliable, cost effective HPLC system to attach to your mass spectrometer. The ExionLC 100 is a great starting system that comes completely pre-plumbed and ready to go.
With a pressure limit of 6300 psi you’ll have access to all of the traditional chromatographic workflows. A sample capacity of 216 vials (or 4 microtiter plates) is almost double that of the typical entry level HPLC system. A flow through injector system with a 100 µL sample loop allows accurate injections down to 0.1 µL with minimal carryover.
A budget conscious HPLC is no help if reliability is an issue. The ExionLC 100 can run the most demanding and time consuming assays. Run continuously for as long as you need – ExionLC 100 will keep up the pace. A few dozen, a few hundred, even a thousand sequential injections exhibit minimal variation in either retention time or area counts.
