Parker Ultra High Purity Nitrogen Generators transform standard compressed air into a safe, regulated supply of 99.995 to 99.9999% pure nitrogen.

Parker Ultra High Purity Nitrogen Generators transform standard compressed air into a safe, regulated supply of 99.995 to 99.9999% pure nitrogen exceeding the specification of UHP cylinder gas and dewars.

The UHPN2 600 through 3200 models produce up to 5 lpm of pure nitrogen and the 76-97 and 76-98 models produce up to 12 lpm.

Nitrogen is produced by utilizing a combination of filtration and pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology. Standard compressed air is filtered by high-efficiency coalescing filters to remove all contaminants down to 0.01 micron.

The air then passes through two columns filled with proprietary carbon molecular sieve (CMS) which adsorb O2, CO2, moisture, and hydrocarbons. These are desorbed to atmosphere during the pressure swing cycle leaving a supply of ultra-pure nitrogen.
