Inner Doors:

• To minimize temperature changes while the main door is opened, the IRIDIUM™ freezer has anti-shock inner doors in composite material (aluminum, pvc, aluminum); magnetic stop closure.

Internal Chamber:

• In 10/10 AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded corners for easy cleaning. Copper coil around the internal chamber and fixed to it using a proprietary technique which ensures the best internal temperature uniformity

Thermal Insulation:

• CFC-free foamed polyurethane and Vacuum Insulated Panels (VIP).
• Average thickness of the insulating layer 70 mm.

Cooling System:

• Completely sealed and based on a proprietary cascade cycle (single stage for -400C models) using two hermetic compressors with environment-friendly CFC or HCFC-free refrigerant gas, with ODP=O (ozone distribution power).
• R404a in the first stage and a gas mixture in the second stage.
• Air condensation is done without any water connection. The sealed hermetic system enables a very low noise level (max 53 db) and a long life without special maintenance

Port Hole:

• 23 mm access port hole with rubber cap to enable electrical or additional probe connections.
