Zika Virus Recombinant Proteins (Antigens)
AMSBIO has a range of recombinant antigens to Zika virus NS1 and envelope proteins ideal for the development of a specific and rapid IgG/IgM antibody detection assay. The recombinant proteins are produced in Sf9 insect cells and have been tested to work in lateral flow formats. A Zika virus envelope protein is available, the sequence was derived from the African strain (a.a. sequence is proprietary). The E protein comprises the majority of the virion surface and is involved in replication.

AMSBIO also offers a range of monoclonal Zika virus antibodies produced in-vivo, suitable for ELISA and Lateral Flow applications. Our polyclonal antibodies are produced in goat and are suitable for use in ELISA and rapid assays. Affinity purified polyclonal (C01886G) using Zika virus NS1 minimizes cross-reactivity to other flaviviruses such as Dengue NS1.
