Kit Contents and Details
1) A 96 well µElution plate packed with a unique metal oxide sorbent.
2) A displacing reagent, which further improves the selectivity of the phosphopeptides, called the MassPREP Enhancer.
3) A standard test sample that contains enolase tryptic peptides mixed with 4 synthetic phosphopeptides.
Reproducible Data
In contrast to popular immobilized metal affinity chromatography (IMAC) technology, this isolation method does not require pre-loading the sorbent with a metal chelator. Therefore, the phophopeptide enrichment protocol is simplified. The robust method is provided by the sorbent that has a high native affinity towards phosphopeptides and the MassPREP Enhancer which yields superior selectivity of the sorbent towards phosphopeptides.
