Thermonics portable chillers are a family of highly reliable, process chillers for low and ultra-low temperature, process cooling. These chillers are compatible with a variety of heat transfer fluids, providing high capacity cooling for demanding applications in industries such as automotive, energy, chemical processing, industrial, and semiconductor.
The chiller systems are equipped with a touch screen controller featuring remote communications, real-time graphing, and system diagnostics to monitor chiller health and prevent down-time.
In-house capabilities including thermodynamic, mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines with on-site chiller manufacturing to ensure that your total chiller system will perform to specifications.

Features of Portable Process Chiller, Water-Cooled
The chiller controller provides precision control with touch-screen operation, easy-to-read information, remote operation and data logging.
Developed by our in-house engineering team, our controller provides many advantages over off-the-shelf controls such as PLCs. We don't have to rely on predefined functions that would otherwise be difficult to change. Able to integrate I/O capacities and manage firmware, for example, we have the flexibility to deliver complex functionality when needed. With control over programming and customization we don't have to compromise on meeting customer cooling requirements.
Process Chiller Controller:
Displays critical parameters such as supply and return temperature and pressure
Alarms for out-of-temperature range, low process flow, low reservoir level, and more
Logs diagnostics such as component run time, valve cycle count, ambient and enclosure temperatures
Displays temperature graphing
Communicates via Ethernet, RS-232, USB
Logs data, accessible via remote communications
CE and RoHS compliant
