The Laboratory Kneader is used to perform asynchronous mixing for an intensified and accelerated kneading process. It features a stainless steel kneading vessel (5 liter volume, working capacity of 65%), housing and two z-shaped kneading blades running at different speeds in opposing directions. A thermostatically controlled heating jacket (LK 5 DER) for the kneading vessel is also available as an optional extra.
An electro-magnetic cover lock ensures that the power supply to the drive is disconnected immediately when the vessel cover is removed.
