Detergent Dispensing        

The G 7835 is equipped with on-board automatic liquid detergent dispensing and storage. Automatic detergent dispensing provides high levels of accuracy and eliminates potential user error in the dosing process. Plus, the included 5L reservoir means less refilling. Typically, it is refilled after approximately every 80 washes.        

High Circulation        

The Miele G 7835's circulation pump is rated at 106 gallons per minute for superior cleaning power. Common household dishwashers circulate 25-30 gpm and many typical laboratory washers circulate only about 60 gpm.        

Miele glassware washers use high water turnover (circulation) with low spray pressure to provide gentle yet effective cleaning. Most washers utilize high pressure with lower circulation, which can break delicate glassware. For this reason, "hold down" screens are not necessary with Miele washers.        

Water Heating        

Hotter wash water generally provides better cleaning results. The Miele G 7835 has fully adjustable wash and DI rinse temperatures up to 95ºC. Wash times are also fully adjustable.        

Complete program flexibility allows the G 7835 to handle a robust range of cleaning tasks, from mild contaminants and plastics preferring low temperatures, to the toughest cleaning challenges requiring high wash temperatures.        

Neutralizer Dispensing        

The G 7835 is equipped with on-board automatic liquid acid neutralizer dispensing and storage. Acid neutralizer is critical in restoring pH balance to glassware.        

Automatic dispensing provides high levels of accuracy and eliminates potential user error in the dosing process. Plus, the included reservoir means less refilling. Typically, the 5L neutralizer reservoir is refilled every 500 washes.        

Water Softener        

Proper water hardness levels are key in ensuring detergent performance and prevention of scaling. The Miele G 7835 is equipped with an on-board water softener adjustable to your particular hardness level.        

Steam Condenser        

The integrated steam condenser eliminates the need for machine venting. Using cold water, the steam condenser condenses vapors, and flushes them down the drain. This ensures minimal heat and vapor release into laboratory space.        

Drying System        

The G 7835 is equipped with a HEPA filtered forced air drying system which provides a faster, more complete drying result then traditional convection drying. Drying times and temperatures (ambient to 115ºC) are fully adjustable to meet the demands of whatever is being dried. The unit features pre-motor coarse, and post-motor HEPA filters. These filters ensure that the air circulating during drying is clean and particulate free. When combined with injection baskets, forced air-drying blows air both around the chamber and into each individual piece of glassware for complete drying, even in difficult narrow-neck items.
