Features of H-4400/H-6600
- High efficiency linear washing action provides a vertical “wall of water” equally across the entire chamber with the exclusive Hotpack spray arch system. The spray arch system combined with ample stationary spray nozzles provides corner-to-corner cleaning power and ensures all glassware is properly cleaned eliminating the “dead spots” typical of rotary spray arms.
- Even coverage throughout the wash area provided by precision laser drilled jet perforations.
- Rugged 316L stainless steel interior gives the ultimate in corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning.
- Exterior constructed of 304 stainless steel, resistant to industrial strength detergents and acid rinses.
- Ultra clear glass, vertical rise door provides unrestricted observation of machine operation.
- Separate plumbing system for wash and de-ionized water rinse cycles eliminates detergent carryover, ensures efficient final de-ionized rinse and minimizes the chance of cross-contamination.
- Automatic, adjustable, precise dispensing of detergent, neutralizer and up to two other additives with low level alarm chime.
- Automatic door operation with WATCHDOG safety features:
- Door can’t be opened unless chamber temperature is 50 degrees or lower. System won’t operate unless door is fully closed.
- Electromagnetic brake prevents door from falling in the event of power failure.
- Double walled chamber – fully insulated to conserve energy and to provide quiet operation.
- Easy access to plumbing detergents & electronics
- Alarms: Overflow fault, Inlet water fault, Arch drive fault, Detergent/ dose low, High water temperature fault, high air temperature fault, RTD fault.
