Hoefer - Submarine Mini Horizontal HE33B
Manufactured by Hoefer
Hoefer Submarine Mini Horizontal HE33B Electrophoresis
The Hoefer™ HE 33 horizontal agarose unit is intended for rapid electrophoresis of small quantities of nucleic acids in agarose gels. A gel is cast in the gel caster, which holds one or two combs. (Eight different combs are available; a maximum of 32 samples can be run if two 16-well combs are used.) After the gel sets, the running tray is transferred to the platform of the horizontal unit. The base of the unit holds coolant that can be chilled before the run. This passive cooling capacity allows fast, high voltage runs.
