GSL-1600X-40

GSL1600X40 is a compact 42mm (1.65") tube furnace using Kanthal 1650°C grade SiC rod as heating elements. It is widely used for material & chemical lab to sinter all types of new material samples under vacuum or other gas conditions upto 1600°C. The temperature of GSL1600X40 tubing furnace is controlled by 51 segments programmable high precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy ±1°C. High quality mullite tube and vacuum flange with valves and gauge are included for immediate use. The tube furnace can be placed into a glove box to process material in various atmospheres.

GSL-1600X-50

GSL1600X50 is a compact 2" tube furnace using Kanthal 1650°C grade SiC rod as heating elements. It is widely used for material & chemical lab to sinter all types of new material samples under vacuum or other gas conditions upto . The temperature of GSL1600X50 tubing furnace is controlled by 51 segments programmable high precision SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) digital controller with accuracy ±1°C. It is widely used for material & chemical researching lab to sinter all types of new material samples under vacuum and other gas conditions. 30 segments programmable high precision temperature controller are embedded with accuracy ±1°C and max. controlling temperature up to 1650°C.

GSL-1600X-100

GSL-1600-100X tube furnace is a precision bench-top furnace applying 1800 grade MoSi2 heating elements. It is widely used for material & chemical researching lab to sinter all types of new material samples under vacuum and other gas conditions. 30 segments programmable high precision temperature controller are embedded with accuracy ±1°C and max. controlling temperature up to 1650°C.

Furnace construction: Double shell case with forced air cooling by two fans. 1800C grade fibrous alumina insulation for max. energy saving.
