The VDS-200 series of Tablet Dedusters are an upward conveying and dedusting system that can be washed-in-place and is completely dust contained. They can be connected to either the right or left side of tablet presses with adjustable heights by stacking segments to the desired outlet height (VDS200-S 39-45 inches, VDS200-M 45-51 inches, VDS200-T 51-57 inches). Dedusting is acheived by vibration, compressed air and vacuum dust extraction. The tablets are pushed along a stainless steel tray and air is blown to remove dust and collect into a central dust collector. Vibration is controlled by a digital controller. Cleaning is easy and can be washed without disassembling. The clear cover allows the monitoring of the dedusting process. The VDS200 is also available as a Combination Unit connected to a Metal Detector (Safeline, Lock or Ceia)
