Continuous Annealing Simulator
The CAS series simulates high-speed heating and cooling of sheet steel samples through the use of an Infrared Gold Image Furnace, direct sample temperature control and precise atmosphere conditions. This system is used to develop and precisely reproduce thermal treatment process conditions for steel alloys that had been previously difficult if not impossible to perform in the laboratory. Useful for AHSS, steel plates, stainless steel and magnetic steel sheet materials.
